Usually we'll leave Bologna in the early morning to start with a visit to a Parmesan cheese production (need to arrive by 8.30 am), then continue with a visit and tasting at a Traditional Balsamic vinegar producer in Modena ending with a visit to a Parma ham producer to see process of making the ham followed by a taste of local cured meats.
One or more of these visits can also be blended into a day tour to the Ferrari and/or Lamborghini Museums.

Booking and Payment procedure
